Question: What happens if it's a night or weekend and I need to ask you a question?

Answer:  1. Go to the homepage of mstello.com and use the form to contact me
                                    2. Email me: etello@aos92.org

Q: How is my grade calculated?

A: Tests are worth 60% and vocabulary and general quizzes are worth 20% each. Homework is not graded as it is practice and preparation for quizzes and tests. Each quarter is worth 20% and the midterm and final exam are each worth 10% of the yearly grade.

Q: You keep telling us, "Check the website." What's the big deal?

A: Checking the website for upcoming and due assignments assures that there will be no surprises when you are preparing for class. The website informs you of current reading assignments, upcoming quizzes and tests, reminders in general, and provides a way for you to contact me if you have questions outside of class. It's a big deal because being prepared is essential for your success in class.

Q: What should I do if I'm absent?

A: Contact the website for what we did in class that day and what you'll need to do to prepare for the next class. Check with me for any handouts, quizzes, or tests you missed. You are responsible for any assignments due at the next class, regardless if you checked in with me or not, unless you also missed the next day as well. Make up any missed work by the next class period.

Q: I'm struggling with the vocabulary quizzes. Do you have any suggestions to help me?
